Germany was invited, as the originator of the camps.
Zelensky was invited, as the living representative of the nazi-collaborators, Bandera's OUN. Poland now ignores how many ethnic Poles were slaughtered by the Banderists.
The US was invited, so they could pretend that they liberated the camp.
Russia was not invited.
But of course it wasn't. It would be too embarrassing for the neo-nazis in charge in Europe to invite the country that stomped them out last time, and is determined to stomp them out again.
