Speaking of Genocide

Remember when we were treated to daily arguments about whether the peasants of Darfur were victims of genocide? I thought the sudden concern of the American ruling class was fishy, especially since Sudan has oil. Conspiracy theorist that I am, I thought that the oil may have something to do with it.
